We've been developing and manufacturing chemical free products for over 25 years. We are committed to creating and manufacturing products that are free from harmful ingredients. We can private label manufacture from our stock formulation list, create a custom formulation for your company, or make your formulation.

Definitions

Ingredient list - the ingredient list is not a formulation, it's just the list of ingredients in a product.

Formulation - a recipe with the 'amount' of each ingredient, and the instructions of how to put them together to make a product.

Stock formulation - a formulation belonging to BonVida, LLC. If we manufacture the formula there is no additional charge for its use. If you wish to have another company manufacture the formula, you may purchase a copy for $3,000 - $5,000 (depending on the amount of time spent on it and the complexity of the formulation). The formulation will not be exclusive to your company and copies may be sold to, and/or manufactured for other companies.

Reworked formulation - a stock formulation belonging to BonVida, LLC which has had ingredients added to, subtracted form, and/or substituted, to create a new formulation for another company. There is a $200 charge for reworking a BonVida, LLC existing stock formulation. That formulation charge will be deducted from your first order. If no order is made the fee is non-refundable.

Duplication formulation - a formulation based upon an existing product on the market. There is a $500 charge for duplicating an existing product. The formulation will not be exclusive to your company and copies of the formulation may be sold to, and/or manufactured for other companies. If no order is made the fee is non-refundable.

Custom formulation - a formulation that is not reworked from a BonVida, LLC formulation, or a dulication of an existing product on the maket. It's a formula that is created from an ingredient list given to BonVida, LLC by a potential customer. There is a $1,000 to $5,000.00 charge, depending on the amount of time spent on it. the raw materials needed, and the complexity of the formulation. There is a 6 week lead time for custom formulations, and in some cases longer. A custom formulation is NEVER sold to, or manufactured for, ANY other company than the one who has paid for it.

Private label manufacturing - products made from our stock formulations or a reworked formulation. We usually have the raw materials in stock for these products and can usually ship within 2-3 weeks. However, if the production is a reworked formulation and we do not stock one or more of the ingredients, additional time will be needed to source and purchase those ingredients.

What We Can Do...

			Manufacture one or more of our stock formulations, with no formulation fee.
			Rework and manufacture one or more of our stock formulations for a small formulation fee.
			Duplicate an existing product on the market and manufacture it for a formulation fee.
			Create a custom formulation with your ingredient list and manufacture it for a formulation fee.
			Create a custom formulation from scratch and manufacture it for a formulation fee.
			Fill, package and label product/s manufactured by another company.
			Manufacture and send product/s to another company for filling and packaging.
			Drop ship product/s to another company for distribution

The formulation price is determined by how complicated and time consuming it will be. Once I know what is needed and wanted I will make samples and make adjustments to the formulation until you are satisfied. Once the sample is approved, any future changes will be priced accordingly.

Unit prices are calculated on cost of ingredients, time to manufacturer, packaging and number of units. Once we know these things we will be able to give you a price on your product/s
